Before each interview you get a Google Doc with a preview of interview questions.
We need at least one live interview with someone from your team who has project knowledge, but we can conduct subsequent interviews as custom, asynchronous text interviews (a Google Doc, basically) for key contributors too busy to be booked on a call; there's no limit to how many text interviews we can conduct.
